It’s been a long time since I blogged last.  Things have been crazy around here to say the least.  While I won’t get into all the details surrounding what has gone on because, well, it’s a long story, and I don’t know who reads this… :P  But I will say that I’ve learned a lot about people and even those that you think you know, sometimes you really don’t.  I’ve also learned that even people you’ve been estranged from for nearly 9 years, that sadly in death can still have a negative impact on your life.  What you would think would be the end of all the drama seems to just stir up more.  Enough said… vent over.

I wasn’t all that productive at Scrap Palace a couple weeks ago when Michelle and I went.  I think I did 5 layouts and started another.  I did finish up two mini albums I had been working on.  One was summer themed and the other was my wedding.  Yeah, lol, I’m just getting around to that.  I had promised myself to blog and post some scans when I got home, but I just got around to scanning them the other day.  I did put them up in my gallery, but that is about as far as I got.

Those are a couple of the ones.  Nothing all that spectacular, I was in a funny mood that weekend I guess and just not “into it.”  I haven’t been into much of anything over the last couple weeks really.  With all that has gone on over here my mood and my metal state is just about fried!

In other news, November is going to mark my return to teaching.  I had to force some time off to recover from my surgery.  Things aren’t completely back to normal, but I need to get back into the swing of things.  So, I’m delighted that my first time back I get to be part of the annual Lifetime Moments Crop of a Lifetime.  The class and crop is being held at the Doubletree Novi.  My class is on Novemeber 8th from 8-10pm.  Join us in creating a perpetual birthday reminder book using My Mind’s Eye Just Dreamy 2 collection and a combination of Maya Road’s tabbed chipboard and sheet albums.  THis book will be a great place to record the birthdays of your family and friends all in one spot!  A fun project for yourself or to give as a gift.  The cost is only $34.00.  Seating is limited to 24.  If you are interested in registering drop a note to Jackie at Lifetime Moments.

I’ll also be stating Create Cards! back up in Novemeber and will announce further details later.

Happy Tuesday!
