I'm always in for a new place at this point and I haven't gotten a VS bra in about 5 years just cuz they don't do anything for me and I'm not a big underwire fan which seems to be all they have. Unless its something I REALLY need and can't get anywhere else, I'll shop there, but I try not to. I do agree their quality has gone down the dumps, but their price remain the same, if not more expensive. I absolutely love JCPenney's or there's a store in The Village of Grosse Pointe that has that type of stuff. At least your letter writing gets you something back- I was totally shocked to hear that they called you! I’ve had many problems with VS in the past.
