It looks as if my precious TV will live for yet another day. After some self diagnostic work by my favorite tv repair guy… a.k.a. Denny, we’ve come to find out the part we need and have it ordered. (All of 20 bucks.) So, cross your fingers that all goes well and the part comes quickly.
I signed up for a crop yesterday after getting an invite from Jana. Both Michelle and Andrea are going to come along with me, so it should be a fun time. Apparently Michelle is going to Scrap Palace next weekend. She must have sensed I’d be jealous as she didn’t let me know till today. Stinker.
I need to go to Meijer today. Actually I needed to go Monday, but I was sick. Then I was going to go Tuesday and then something came up. Wednesday I had the sump pump thing, and yesterday, well I did some running but couldn’t bring myself to make the grocery store one of the stops. (DO you sense a trend here?) So now today I really need to go. Considering it is supposed to get all nasty snowy later, this is something I really should do. That being said, I haven’t done my list yet, organized my coupons or gotten in the shower and its just after 8am. Not looking promising…
Nothing else to report really. I had an apple for a snack yesterday when I really wanted a bowl of ice cream, lol. That’s my diet progress… apparently I have some self control.
Off to make Dylan his second breakfast before he goes to school. The kid only eats breakfast it seems…

Im excited your going!! My sister is signing up and maybe a couple more friends!! Whoo hoo Every once in a while there is an opening in everyone’s schedule! Fun! Glad you figured out the TV stuff and it was cheap.
Wahoo!! Looky at you blogging every day – I’m so proud
Glad the tv is fixable…hopefully this will be the end of the repairs with the darn thing! Going to go hunker down and wait for the snow…I’ve already started to ration my cigarettes…
Andrea,
I used to do it everyday just after Ethan left for school and then got out of the habit. I’m working on getting better.
Apparently I’m emotionally attached to the tv and I can tell you that I don’t want it nearly as much as Denny does. So the moment it looked like it was an easy fix I think I may have done my own internal happy dance. You know I don’t show visible excitement.
Jana,
Yeah I’m glad I’m going to. I won’t be the day I have to pack up my stuff, lol. Then I’ll be even less excited when I have to pack my stuff, Michelle’s stuff and Andrea’s stuff in my car. It will be the first time I’ve done a packing job for more than two in this car. I had it mastered in the Buick and the Envoy, lol, but the Caddy is a new packing adventure to conquer. Before I had the Buick mastered poor Jeannie was almost decapitated by supplies on a trip to Jackson.
After I get all packed and unpacked I’m sure I’ll be excited again, lol.
Hooray for the tv!!!!! You have been through so much with that tv it would be too hard to pull the plug….keep it on life support.
M… Hooray is right. Now lets home the part works and that it comes SOON. Although without Denny around much no one seems to be missing it. I guess we could watch another tv, but I’m not a big tv fan anyway. Look at all the electricity I’m saving!
