As promised the other day here are a couple photos from the 4th. I finally got my ScribeFire working again the way it was supposed to. I upgraded and all seems to be well now. Weird.

In other news, I had to take one of my cats to be put down yesterday.
Mopar, my fuzzy buddy, just hasn’t been able to get over the most recent bout with the crystals in his bladder. It’s been a very LONG battle and nothing was working anymore. I was crying so hard I think everyone in the place was near tears. He always slept right next to me at night… a real thrill when you’re allergic to cats… so I was even worse to lay there all night and know he wasn’t going to jump up on the bed to snuggle with me. Oddly enough the kids have yet to notice and we didn’t want to break it to them until later on today. Sarah was coming to meet the kids as she will be taking charge while I’m gone on Thursday, and I didn’t think telling them before she came was going to be a good idea. So after dinner it’s going to be a pretty somber place around here I suspect.
Ok, happier chat now… On Thursday Denny went in on a whim to get some stuff added to his tattoos. He’s too funny. Totally not in the plans for the day and just a spur of the moment thing. Goofy. Anyway, I wanted to go with him and oddly enough ended up helping the tattoo guy with his computer, lol. Yes, it seems the computer nerd in me just can’t help it, no matter how much I tell myself I’m not getting involved. That being said, can I just say that I dispise Windows Vista? Enough said on that. Denny is taking his “5 minute” nap at the moment so I can’t take a photo. I know Kristen wants to see, lol, so I’ll try to get one later. It’s important to note however that the “5 minute” nap really translates to around a 3 hour nap, so who know when I’ll get to take that photo.
The dryer is done… back to work I go.

Do you ever NOT do laundry?? Shesh! Seems like you were doing it in you last post, you were doing it while I was there and now! You’re the laundry queen!
“Taking over” baahahha. I’m excited! We’re gonna have lots of fun!
Sorry about the cat.. that’s never the easiest thing to do.. now just take that crying and times 2 and you will get my mom and I when we took Carly.. The poor people who work in those places must cry so much! I know I would if I worked there.. YIKES!
So sorry about Mopar. Poor Mopar had those issues for a long time.
The pics from the fireworks turned out cute. Shelby is too cute and excited with her big sparkler.
FYI to Sarah…Jen loves laundry and ironing…lol.
Oh Sarah… if you want to do laundry more power to you… here start taking notes…
1) look to pretreat
2) if it says gymboree or crazy8 on the tag it hangs to try. Then can later be ironed and put away.
I add about 1/2 cup of borax to each load at the same time I add the soap. Ethan can you the rest, he is my apprentice.
Still want to take over?
