Yay for potty training!! Soo exciting for Mom there! Congrats, no more diapers! 
I'm not sure about a scrap technique.. my latest one is putting ink on my Cuttlebug folders, putting in the paper and embossing so the ink shows up on the embossed part.  Makes it look perrrty! :) Not sure if thats what you were looking for.. but hey! Oh well!</description>
