Hey-I am very proud of my recycling tendencies, as I am a tree hugging hippie. My goal: buy a forest somewhere to preserve it.

I always feel so guilty about scrapping even still, since we do use so much paper. I'm still not ready to go completely digital though, so I guess I wll remain a bit of an oxymoron (no comments) for now.

I love that 3L supports my chosen charity: Make-A-Wish. I try and contribute what I can to that group, and this year for Christmas, my dad made a nice contribution in my name. I've known a couple of people who have been through the Make-A-WIsh program, and it did make a world of difference.

I am a scrap hoarder too, and find that going to my bin first has saved me lots of $$ and trees. I did however, clean out my stash, but rather than throw it out, I pu tit up on Freecycle and it has been picked up.

Turing down the thermostat even 2 degrees has substantially cut the bill.
